​How Do I Place An Order?​

PLACING AN ORDER – STEP BY STEP

If you are interested in any of our products and wish to purchase it, please follow our instructions on how to place an order.

 

STEP 1.

Click on the product that you are interested in.

1. Choose the size of the product.

2. You can also change the color of the product (if available) by clicking on the selected thumbnail.

3. Click “ADD TO BASKET” button on the right.

4. Now you can continue shopping or check your shopping cart’s contents, by clicking on the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner.

Payment Options & Shipping

We currently accept PAYPAL  (Also except Cash app; click Facebook icon and message our business page) Major credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard are accepted. 



 

Secure Ordering 

When you place an order you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us to confirm that you have placed and paid for your order. We will notify you by email when we have shipped your order. If you chose to ship, you will also receive tracking information after product/s has been processed and shipped. Please allow for up to 1-3 weeks for processing and shipping due to COVID-19.



 

Returns & Refunds

We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

We do not accept returns for perishable items, intimate items, gift cards, downloadable products, and beauty items.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within <30 days> of the date you received your item.
